Having said that, I agree with your assessment that their marketing could benefit from including more specifications. Even worse the gap measurements they do offer are not consistent when you compare their product description pages to their blog. For a business that styles itself like a Silicon Valley tech company, you'd think they would offer more head-geometry data than most users would want. I do believe their intention is to make outstanding products but I worry they are so growth focused they may not be able sustain one of their key value propositions: an end-to-end high-quality customer experience.Robert Charpentierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15459984368784377667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3515480284164565162.post-35787046457469591522016-06-14T12:23:12.945-04:002016-06-14T12:23:12.945-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Robert Charpentierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15459984368784377667noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3515480284164565162.post-18588859391876909402016-04-24T19:10:02.973-04:002016-04-24T19:10:02.973-04:00I'm truly happy for you that you like your raz...I'm truly happy for you that you like your razor. It provides a close, clean shave! Being a new wet shaver i can say this has been one of my best investments in a long time. Rockwell definitely had some problems with their initial offering, but that is in the past. From what I've researched, this razor compares favorably with much more expensive razors.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3515480284164565162.post-85931410714475446712015-04-19T07:53:51.999-04:002015-04-19T07:53:51.999-04:00I haven't seen any reviews of the razor (or go...I haven't seen any reviews of the razor (or gone out of my way to find them since I'm not in the market for any more DE razors). Amid the disasterous launch reviews, I saw the diagram indicating they intended the cap, guard, and blade edge to be in a plane, and that laid flat to skin... not my cup of tea. The letter/number stamp, the rough finish with smooth contact surfaces... the baseplates look just like a magnet given to me when I was a young lad. A treasured object of mysterious power.
